Located near St. Augustine Beach on the grounds of La Fiesta Ocean Inn & Suites, this classic family attraction will definitely become a weekend favorite. There’s nothing like a good old-fashioned trip to the arcade to get the kiddos excited! Anastasia Island’s Arcade Museum is a true St. Augustine gem. It’s like stepping back into the 80s – classic pinball, video games, mechanical arcade machines, and all! They offer 30 machines as well as a jukebox. The best part? It’s all free play! Legends of old spoke of a Fountain of Youth in the vast expanse of the New World. Today you can visit it – well, at least a depiction of it! Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park commemorates the original site of the Nation’s oldest city. You and the family can learn more about Juan Ponce de Leon and his quest to find the magical waters. The Fountain of Youth also pays tribute to the tragic history of the first inhabitants of the land, the Timucua civilization. It’s a fascinating immersive look into the past.
